This year we're making a special guided visit around VMF's 684-acre Peckham Keenan Wildlife Sanctuary -- newly added to VMF's land holdings following Ann Keenan's generous estate gift.
We will share the progress and plans as we begin a very significant 3-year effort to implement the forest health and wildfire resilience practices funded by the state's Wildlife Conservation Board's $1.55m grant. You will have an opportunity to explore portions of this beautiful property addition. During the day we'll also enjoy an al fresco lunch next to a 125-year-old stone house!
