Volcan Mountain Foundation

Saturday, March 15th, Volcan Mountain Foundation friends and interested volunteer docents are invited to join naturalist Sharyl Massey for an early morning bird walk at Lake Cuyamaca.  If you are interested in learning the basics of bird identification and ecology, then join Sharyl and friends for a leisurely walk along the lake where you will learn the skills to identify a variety of bird species in addition to getting a close up look at their behavior.  Meet at Chambers Park on the north side of Lake Cuyamaca (there's a $5 parking fee) at 7:30am and plan on finishing around 9:30am.  Bring binoculars if you have them.
