Come experience the simple magic of combining barley hops, yeast, and water.  This 'brewday' workshop courtesy of Camp Steven's own brewmaster, Trevor Graham-Wilcox, will include crafting a homebrewed beer of our own and tasting commercial beers to understand the significance and subtleties of each of beer's four main ingredients.  Pick up you craft brew a month later at Camp Stevens to take home and enjoy.  Date:  Sunday, June 3rd, 2012, 3pm-6pm.  Cost is $75 per person.  Please e-mail or phone the VMF office at 760-765-2300 for reservations.

This event was initially offered as part of the 2012 VMF Dinner Dance & Auction Fundraiser.  The proceeds go to support VMF's preservation and conservation programs for Volcan Mountain.
