Santa Ysabel East Mother's Day Wildflower Hike, Sunday, May 14th, 2017, 9am-12:30pm

Sunday, May 14th at 9:00 am join Ranger Bobbi for a Free Mother's Day wildflower hike through the Santa Ysabel Preserve-East. The moderate 7-mile hike will take you along Santa Ysabel Creek and up and around the Kanaka Loop Trail and return to the trailhead around 12:30pm. Along the way, Ranger Bobbi will talk about the many different flowers and birds that call this preserve home.
 
Please dress in layers as the temperature will vary throughout the hike. Wear sturdy hiking shoes; bring water and a snack for the trail. Dogs are welcome but they need to be on a leash. 

Meet at 9:00 am at the Santa Ysabel East Staging area at the north end of Farmer Road,  114-117 Farmer Road, Julian CA 92036.  Inclement weather will cancel event.
