Cheesemaking 101: Camembert Class, Saturday May 14th

Learn the craft of making Camembert. In this half-day workshop learn all about cheese making, including the history of pioneer cheese making in the San Diego mountains. Through a detailed demonstration of the Camembert process, hands-on activities and yes, cheese tasting, you'll come away with the recipes and knowledge to start making cheese in your own home! Available for 8 participants at $45 per person.
