Tamale Making: A Culinary and Cultural Fab Feast Join us for a vibrant afternoon celebrating the art of the tamale! We'll hand-craft traditional indigenous tamales from different regions of Mexico, culminating in a spectacular, sit-down "Fab Feast" dinner. You will savor delicious black bean tamales for dinner and take home two cheese and two chicken tamales, complete with authentic specialty sauces and recipes to keep the celebration going in your own kitchen! In the Mayan creation story, humans were created from maize.
