Reservations for 2026 Rubenson Dinner
Let's come together for hors d'oeuvres followed by a three-course dinner inspired by hosts' Dave and Kathie Rubenson's favorite flavorful recipes. The dinner will be held at their elegant Julian home with views of Volcan and the valley below. Afterwards, we'll gaze at the dark sky to view the Perseus meteor shower.
On The Menu:
Starter: Chili Cheese Squares
Main: Jade Sichuan Pasta
Chicken Broccolini Pasta
Grilled Vegetables
Desserts: Chocolate Angel Pie
and Cookies
